Final Sale Items<\/h2>\n

The following products are considered final sale<\/strong> and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations<\/strong>, except where required under applicable Canadian law:<\/p>\n

    Gas masks and replacement filters<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Used or pre-owned firearms<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Price-matched or specially discounted items<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Orders purchased through third-party financing or installment payment services<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Shipping protection and insurance fees<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Firearm safety courses, training classes, and event registrations (non-refundable if the participant does not attend)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    30-Day Return Policy<\/h1>\n

    Most other products may be returned within 30 days<\/strong> of the delivery date, provided they meet the following conditions:<\/p>\n

      The item is unused and remains in its original condition.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      All original packaging, manuals, accessories, tags, and included components are present and undamaged.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      The product has not been installed, modified, or altered in any way.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.<\/p>\n

      Returning Your Order<\/h1>\n

      If your purchase qualifies for a return, you may choose one of the following methods:<\/p>\n

      Return In Store<\/h2>\n

      Bring the eligible item along with your proof of purchase to one of our retail locations. Once the product has been inspected and approved, we will process your refund or exchange.<\/p>\n

      Return by Mail<\/h2>\n

      To return an item by mail:<\/p>\n

        Ship the item within 30 days<\/strong> of the original delivery date.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Return Shipping<\/h1>\n

        Unless the return is the result of our error, a defective product, or a warranty-approved claim, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.<\/p>\n

        We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Landmark Firearms cannot be responsible for returned packages lost or damaged during transit.<\/p>\n

        Restocking Fees<\/h1>\n

        Items returned outside the conditions of this policy, returned incomplete, or showing signs of use may be refused or may be subject to a reasonable restocking fee at the discretion of Landmark Firearms.<\/p>\n

        If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible after delivery.<\/p>\n
